STERNIK is committed to personalized education. Each family is assisted by a tutor with whom they can agree on a plan of personal development for every child. During the school year, parents regularly meet with tutors to discuss the educational progress of their children.

This way, the parenting program followed in the family can be adjusted to the personal abilities of each child and correlated with the educational facility (kindergarten, school). An essential part of the program is a year-long commitment to the development of good habits (such as order, generosity, gratitude, solidarity, honesty, joyfulness, friendship).
